Inspector Third Class in the Maradaine Constabulary, untrained and Uncircled mage.

Born into a long-standing constabulary family, Minox always wanted to serve as an Inspector to put his natural talent for observation and finding connections to its best use. After a rapid rise through the ranks to Inspector Apprentice, his career was knocked off course when he developed magical ability at the late age of 23. This heralded a string of bad luck with his Inspector partners, earning him the insulting nickname of “The Jinx” among fellow constables. Snubbed by colleagues, Minox found himself often dismissed until partnering with Satrine Rainey.
